No, we do not charge agency fees like a traditional agency. We are a platform connecting homeowners directly with vetted local independent helpers and babysitters.
Who are the helpers? What verification is done?
All helpers are local independent partners (Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents). Every individual has been personally vetted and screened by our team.
How fast can I get a babysitter?
You can get someone as quick as a day's time via the app or web platform. Depending on your location and requested time, matching might vary, but our team assists to ensure a smooth process.
I need both chores and babysitting, is that possible?
Yes, some of our babysitters can do chores. You must specify your exact needs in the "Additional Requirements" section so we can match you with a helper who provides both services.
What if I need to cancel an ad hoc session?
You can cancel via the app. However, please note that cancellation charges may apply for changes made within 24 hours of the job start time.
